Role Description: Company Driver

Highway Rent a Car is seeking a professional and responsible Company Bus Driver ( Heavy Bus ) to join our team. The Driver will be responsible for handling vehicle deliveries and collections, assisting clients with car handovers, conducting vehicle inspections, and representing the company with professionalism. The ideal candidate should have strong road knowledge, especially in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the ability to follow company procedures while delivering excellent client service.

• Deliver and collect vehicles to and from clients and company branches.
• Assist clients during vehicle handover, explaining features and rental terms when required.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections (pre- and post-rental) to record condition and mileage.
• Ensure vehicles are presented clean and in proper condition.
• Follow company policies and procedures in handling client transactions.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
• Represent the company in a professional manner when dealing with clients.
• Report any accidents, damages, or client issues promptly to the operations team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven Heavy Bus driving experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with strong knowledge of roads and landmarks.
• Experience in the rent-a-car industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to deal with clients professionally and handle car rental processes.
• Knowledge of vehicle inspection and basic car maintenance.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle required).

• preferred Indian Proficiency in English (basic Arabic or other languages is a plus).

• Customer Service: Able to interact with clients politely and professionally.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate in vehicle inspections and documentation.
• Time Management: Punctual and efficient in deliveries and collections.
• Professionalism: Represents the company positively in all interactions.
• Adaptability: Handles unexpected client needs or road situations with ease.
